Recycled Styrofoam Birdhouse
This birdhouse is made of styrofoam egg cartons, meat trays, drinking cups and take-out trays. We are trying to figure out ways to repurpose those kinds of styrofoam that wind up ending in landfills and oceans.

One thing I didn't mention in the video is that I did inject the pork roast with a bit of apple juice. Not sure that I would the next time though. Don't know that is was necessary.

Cashew Chicken Springfield Missouri Style 10 Minute Amateur Video This style of cashew chicken originated in Springfield, Mo back in the 70's. It's so good especially topped with the sauce, green onions and cashew. Leftover chicken chunks are also wonderful left as a snack. I hope you make it and enjoy it as much as we have. Happy eating.

Thanks for sharing the breading technique. I moved to WA state from SW MO and I really, really miss Springfield cashew chicken. I've got a homemade sauce that I like but the breading on the chicken has been harder to figure out. I'll be trying your breading recipe next week to see if that has that just so texture that cashew chicken demands. I might even make up a small amount of the beef broth sauce just to try it.
Used your technique tonight and it was so very, very close that I'm going to stick with your fried chicken recipe. I didn't try the beef broth gravy but I promise I will some day!

The rest looks right... Or close enough for my memory. Put on what ever rice you like. I ate this for over 20 years, my Mother-in-Law lived there. We visited 3-4 times a year and she made sure we had this as takeout.

Watched multiple videos and this is the most accurate and well made. Awesome job! You also also actually know how to could. I can't even count how many people handle raw chicken then touch bags, ingredients, and utensils like there isn't an issue. Well done. I grew up in southwest Missouri and love cashew chicken and would eat yours any time!
